Joshua is married to Katie and they have 4 children: Aubrey (11), Daisy (9), Major (6) and Easton (3). I enjoy playing golf, coaching baseball, taking my kids to practice, writing restaurant reviews, live music and watching any and all documentaries. I was happy to join the Suit up Ministries Board of Directors because we need strong, present and engaged fathers to raise their children. We must encourage men to be better fathers for their children. And it is our duty, as Christian men, to raise our children according to God's plan and help other men to do the same

I have been the CPA for Suit up Ministries for the past 11 years and have enjoyed watching the ministry grow over the years. While he may have started out as a client, he quickly became one of my favorites. He recently officiated my vow renewal to Tony.

Jonathan Dunn - Board Member
I am Dad to two amazing daughters and husband to my beautiful high school sweetheart of 27 years. My daughters are fierce competitive soccer players that love the Lord, enjoy their youth group and playing with our rescue dog Hudson. My wife is a speaker, writer, and retired Opera singer that loves to encourage and teach women in the church. The Dunn family loves to laugh, travel and explore the outdoors of Colorado. I enjoy recharging my batteries by exploring the outdoors with my family: hiking, biking, skiing, surfing, SUP, traveling and cheering on the Baylor Bears and Denver Broncos. I also enjoy mountain biking, snowboarding, mountaineering and scuba diving. I received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and International Business from Baylor University I believe in the Suit Up vision and critical mission to help encourage, train, and equip Dads to get in the game and be the Dad God created them to be. Investing in my daughters has been one of my primary roles and one of the greatest joys of my life. I believe we are all designed to be part of a community and Suit Up ministries is an incredible organization that inspires men to be the best Dads. I met the founder, Jeff Springer, when I played football for him at Watkins Junior High & Langham Creek High School. Coach Springer was an incredible, positive role model and mentor that helped countless students, including myself, and I want to help support his amazing ministry.

I am husband to Cyndee and dad to adult children Ryan, Maggie, and Riley. I absolutely love to travel with no real agenda to meet interesting people and explore new things. Cyndee and I have lived aboard a 44’ sailboat for the past four plus years in order to make sure our kiddos graduated from college debt free. I enjoy the outdoors and spend as much time adventuring with Cyndee as possible. We currently live and work in La Porte Texas working with special populations in the public schools. I have a degree in Marketing from the University of Houston, and a Masters of Theological Studies from Southwestern Theological Seminary. Whether on staff in a church or in a school, I am willing and eager to encourage men wanting to invest truth in their children. Experience has taught me to agree with Frederick Douglass; “It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.”

Amanda Kelly - Board Member
My name is Amanda Kelly. I graduated from Langham Creek High School where Jeff Springer made such an impact on me that I followed in his footsteps as an educator. I currently serve as an assistant principal on a high-need, Title I campus in Spring ISD. Prior to becoming an administrator I was a middle school science teacher and still enjoy giving impromptu science lessons whenever I can. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Houston-Downtown, a Master of Education degree from Texas A&M, and am completing my dissertation for a Doctor of Philosophy degree, also from Texas A&M. In addition to serving on the Suit Up board, I also serve as a volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo on the Houston Metro Go Texan and Scholarship Judging committees. Both committees are dedicated to awarding scholarships to area high school students who demonstrate academic achievement and financial need. I feel I have been called to serve as an educator and the HLSR is a great extension of that service. When I'm not at work or volunteering, you'll probably find me running. I've been a runner for most of my life, but in 2019 I discovered trail running and in 2020 I joined the ultrarunner ranks, finishing my first two 50k races. My favorite place to be is on the trails, with a great playlist, training for my upcoming 100 mile race. I am honored to serve on the board for Suit Up Ministries and look forward to being a part of its continued growth and success.
