How do I use the Locker Room?
View when convenient individually or in a group setting sharing with others. Continuous updated material resources. One location. There is nothing like it focusing on becoming the Daily Active Devoted DAD men are called to be.
Provides a plethora of information supporting the many life stages of a man, whatever his current circumstances are, and the essential role of the DAD.
What separates the Locker Room from other men's curriculum?
Our passion is to equip men to specifically be the dad, the daily active devoted dad God has called men to be. The Locker Room looks specifically at the powerful dynamic, in depth and essential role of the DAD.
A full DAD U experience completely on demand. The DAD Deep Dive Podcast was created with Dad's of all stages of life in mind. Top leaders and speakers are guests and will challenge you in these conversations. With busy schedules many Dads can't take a full day to grow as a dad. DAD U Online makes it available as your schedule allows. Each episode is in Video and Audio format and comes with a discussion page for deeper discussion.
Men often face trouble when it comes to connecting with other dads. The accessibility and on demand nature of the internet might help. There’s nothing like a ridiculous username (superphatdad36) to let you open up a bit. And, maybe if things are going well, you can take your outreach to the next level by hanging with your new digital DADs in real life. The COMMUNITY of DADs is designed just for that!
DAD Academy provides for smaller learning communities with a strategy that groups DADs with a designated team of teachers for a designated term; and theme-based academies built around a specific aspects of being a DAD God wants us to be. We also offer a professional-development experience for DADs—e.g., participating in a one-week “summer academy” that provides training in a specialized DAD technique.
Masterminds starting soon! Email Seth@suitupministries.org for dates.
Mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your DAD skills. A mastermind group helps you and your mastermind group members achieve success. Members challenge each other to set strong goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them.
Mastermind group facilitators start and run groups. They help the group to dive deeply into discussions, and work with members to create success — as each member defines it. Facilitators are the secret to thriving mastermind groups.
Through a mastermind group process, first you create a goal, then design a plan to achieve it. The group helps you with creative ideas and wise decisions-making. Then, as you begin to implement your plan, you bring both success stories and problems to the group. Success stories are applauded (loudly!), and problem are solved through peer brainstorming and collective, creative thinking.
The group requires commitment, confidentiality, willingness to both give and receive advice and ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion. Mastermind group members act as catalysts for growth, devil’s advocates and supportive colleagues. This is the essence and value of mastermind groups.
Each meeting has a mastermind group agenda so that conversations stay on course. The Facilitator is tasked with making sure that conversations are deep and balanced, and that all mastermind group meeting agenda items are covered in the time allotted.
